This is by far the best shop I have been to, 5 star customer service, 5 star work, the people behind the counter know what they are doing and are professional. They are honest and hard working and will make sure you get taken care of.

I needed to replace a damaged tire and ended up visiting three different tire shops. The second shop didn’t have the tire I needed. The third shop had the tire. Initially, I wasn’t impressed with the customer service from the person at the front counter, as he wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. However, when I returned with my vehicle, the owner (or manager) was pleasant, professional, and ended up charging me less than I expected. Overall, I appreciated the fair pricing and the way they took care of me, despite the guy at the counter. I would definitely consider coming back for future tire service.

I had a terrible experience at this tire shop. They tried to remove three lug bolts that were stuck without ever telling us or getting our approval first. In the process, they broke the bolts, creating an even bigger problem. Instead of taking responsibility for the damage they caused, they still expected us to pay $140 per tire. What made the experience even worse was the way the owner/manager handled the situation. He was arrogant, dismissive, and refused to accept any responsibility for what happened. Good customer service starts with honesty and accountability, and we got neither. I understand that stuck bolts can be difficult to remove, but customers should be informed before any work that could cause damage is attempted. I will never recommend this shop based on how they handled both the repair and their customers.

My son blew a tire on the freeway coming home from work at 4:30 pm. He called me to help rescue him because his new car had no spare tire. I told him to start calling tire dealers to find a replacement as I headed to help. He was completely blown off by 5 rude tire shops, including all the name brand dealers because it was within a couple of hours of closing time! Thankfully he found Tires & More and explained his situation. They told him not to worry get the wheel over to them and they will help, even staying a little later if needed. We received excellent custom service from beginning to end. On top of that these guys were very busy when I arrived. They definitely didn't need the added work load. They had the tire repaired within 20 min and we didn't need a tow. My family and I are very grateful for the excellent customer service we received, thank you!!

The star I gave them in the review is undeserved because they are liars and thieves. I bought new tiers and went to them, knowing I had come all the way to Minnesota to buy and install them. I told them I wanted the tiers installed; it was around 5 PM. I installed them and noticed there was a problem with the wheel sensors. They told me to come back tomorrow. I told them I had to go back to Chicago. They said they would fix them tomorrow morning, so I left because I had to. When I returned, I felt uncomfortable and experienced racism, especially from the older man who owned the place. He said each sensor cost $100, even though I suspect they stole them. I don't have much experience in this area, but I will take the wheels to another place, and if they don't have sensors or replace them with old ones, I will file a complaint against them.
